Pixelgarten is a Studio for Visual Communication based in Frankfurt am Main Germany. It was founded by Catrin Altenbrandt and Adrian Nießler in 2006. The Studio’s work includes Illustration, Photography, Corporate Identity, Book and Editorial Design.

The Design Studio Pixelgarten is known for humorous and graphically strong works in the fields of Illustration, Photography, Corporate Identity, Book Design and Editorial Design. The founders Catrin Altenbrandt and Adrian Nießler met at University of Art and Design Offenbach (HfG Offenbach) and started their studio in 2006. Their contemporary design concepts for companies such as Rosenthal, Tolix, Stattmann Neue Moebel and many more have been published in books and magazines around the world. Altenbrandt and Nießler also held lectures and workshops at Universities throughout Europe. Since 2020 they have a professorship at University of Art and Design Offenbach for Communication Design.
